Okidata Microline 320 Printer Driver

How to change the printer settings from the manufacturer's defaults on an Okidata 320 or 321 impact printer. The printer has three emulation modes with IBM Proprinter being the factory setting. IBM Proprinter is not listed on the Microsoft printer installation website. Neither is the Epson FX(ESC/P) the other emulation nor the Okidata Microline Standard. The Okidata ML 320 is listed with DEC and IBM being the options. I have tried both. The Okidata 320 and 321 series of printers have High Speed Draft (HSD), Utility (UTL), and Near Letter Quality (NLQ) print modes available.
